Well, I've gone back to an old fashioned pen and paper training log. The only problem with that is that it makes it difficult to share it on the interwebs with my millions of adoring fans who are dying to see the ultra top secret strength training I'm in doing my garage gym. So I'm just going to take pictures of my old fashioned training log and fill a great void in the digital strength realm. Here is the last 2 weeks.
