Massive Overhaul: Training, Tweets, and Links July 2014

I'm going to start something new. Sort of a "month in review" kind of thing. So here goes nothing.

Training
Here is my sparse training log from July, Almost hurt my back again big time. But I narrowly avoided disaster with some preemptive muscle relaxers and some serious rest and lots of food. So, enjoy.
